Ohio Lemon Law applies to vehicles that have a defect that substantially impairs the use, value or safety of the vehicle which remains after three or more repair attempts by a dealer, or where there have been eight repair attempts total, or there's a defect present that can cause death or serious injury or where your vehicle has been out of service 30 days or more within the first year or 18,000 miles. 

As a purchaser of goods and services in the state of Ohio, you are entitled to receive the full benefit of your bargain. When that doesn't occur, we pursue fraud, breach of contract and negligence claims pursuant to the Ohio Consumer Sales and Practices Act (CSPA)against contractors, in-home solicitors, and sellers of goods. Consumers have a right to be free of unfair, deceptive, unconscionable and fraudulent transactions.
